MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT
Must be 19 years old by February 4, 2025 or be a Graduate of Secondary College Level 8, Form 7 or a High School Grade 12 Graduate.
ACCEPTANCE LETTER
The results of your application will be mailed to you. Keep your Acceptance Letter to show at the Admissions Office on the first day of school Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at 9:00 am.
CLASSES BEGINS
Classes begin Tuesday, February 4, 2025 and ends Friday, December 6, 2025.
DAILY SCHEDULE
Daily Class Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays 9am - 12:30pm, Wednesdays 9am - 11:50am and 4:30pm - 10pm Friday. The School year consists of seven terms and two seminars.
CLASSROOM DRESS CODE
MEN: Dress Shirt and Tie, Dress Pants or Dress Lavalava. No Denim, Jeans or Jeans material.
WOMEN: Dresses or Blouses with sleeves and Skirts. Dress and Skirt lengths below the knee. No Denim, Jeans or Jean material. No T-shirts, Tank tops, Singlets, Halter necks or sleeveless Tube Tops.
TRANSPORT
Taxi to town center from RHEMA: $500 TALA.
Taxi to/ from the Airport from RHEMA: $80.00 TALA
Buses run regularly in front of RHEMA campus. Bus fare to town: $2.00 TALA
HEALTH
There are no immunization for Samoa.
There is one hospital located on the island: The National Hospital - Government Operated.

Please enquire with your local travel agency when purchasing tickets. In most cases you may use your RHEMA Bible Training College Acceptance Letter as proof of enrollment.

You must be a full-time resident of (Western) Samoa for the past 5 years, currently living in (Western) Samoa, and a citizen of (Western) Samoa. Fill out your application form online or download and complete the application form and send by mail, fax, or bring it in person to the Admissions Office. The results of your application will be mailed or e-mailed to you depending on your application submission method. Keep your acceptance letter to show at the Admissions Office on the first day of school, Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at 9:00 am.

PASSPORT
Must be current through the end of the school year. (Dec 1, 2024).
IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS
All other Foreign passport holders must complete the following steps:
• Complete sections 1, 2, 3, 8 and 11 of the Immigration Forms.
• Complete the Medical and Radiology Report Forms.
• Provide a police report from your local police station.
• Provide a copy of a bank statement showing funds to support
yourself.
• Pay a fee of $450 TALA (approx. $195 USD).
This is a one time application fee. Upon approval you will be a Temporary Resident Permit holder which is valid for 3 years. Please email all of the above items to the RHEMA Admissions Office. RHEMA will process your immigration documents with a letter confirming your acceptance and we will email, or fax you a copy of your Temporary Resident Permit. Upon arrival you will receive your original. It is very important that you complete these steps as soon as possible so that all the necessary arrangements can be made.
SAMOAN PASSPORT HOLDERS HAVE NO IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS
Foreign passport holders of Samoan decent may apply for exemption at the Samoan High Commission or Embassy in your country.

IF you are accommodating in the Kelly Duininck Dormitories:
Student Housing Deposit Fee: $200 TALA (USD$84)
Student Housing: $390 TALA (USD$163) per month
WST$3,900 (USD$1,660) per school Year
The first months payment and a deposit of SAT$200.00 is required in full at check-in.
KELLY DUININCK STUDENT HOUSING
RHEMA’s Men’s and Women’s dormitories are conveniently located on campus and are available to RHEMA students only. Kelly Duininck Student Housing provides reasonably priced, quality housing, in a peaceful and secure setting. All 1st and 2nd year students from overseas are required to live in Kelly Duininck Student Housing.
Staying in the dorms is a school year long contract between January and December. 1st and 2nd year single students from overseas will be required to live on campus. 3rd and 4th year students from overseas can apply to live off campus to admissions office and they must provide the following information when applying.
Conditions for Renting a flat off campus:
• Student must get approval from RBTCSP
• Show proof of ability to pay for the rented property
• MUST have faithfully paid their tuition and dorm fees on time ever time while living in the dorms
• MUST give details of location
• MUST give details of landlord
• Student cannot recruit current students living in the dorms to live with them to help them to pay rent if they loose a room mate.
• Once approved by RBTCSP they must enter into signed lease agreement with landlord
