This application page is for the short term program only. Fill out your application form online or download and complete the application form and send by mail, fax, or bring it in person to the Admissions Office.  International students need to complete a Pastoral Recommendation form as well.  The results of your application will be mailed or e-mailed to you depending on your application submission method.  Keep your Acceptance Letter to show at the Admissions Office on the first day of school, Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 8:30 am.

All other Foreign passport holders must complete the following steps:

Complete sections 1, 2, 3, 8 and 11 of the Immigration Forms.

Complete the Medical and Radiology Report Forms.

Provide a police report from your local police station.

Provide a copy of a bank statement showing funds to support yourself.

Pay a fee of $300 TALA (approx. $135 USD).

Note:

This is a one time application fee. Upon approval you will be a Temporary Resident Permit holder which is valid for 3 years. Please email all of the above items to the Rhema Admissions Office. Rhema will process your immigration documents with a letter confirming your acceptance and we will email, or fax you a copy of your Temporary Resident Permit.  Upon arrival you will receive your original. It is very important that you complete these steps as soon as possible so that all the necessary arrangements can be made.


Samoan passport holders have no immigration requirements.

Foreign passport holders of Samoan decent may apply for exemption at the Samoan High Commission or Embassy in your country.

INTERNATIONAL SHORT TERM PROGRAM RATE: $2,500 USD

You are not required to submit a Medical and Radiologist report, Police report and bank statements.

January 30 - April 13, 2018

This includes Tuition and Student Housing for the three month program which is due in full on or before January 30, 2018. Tuition payments can be made online by following the PAY TUITION link or be brought to the Admissions Office. A deposit of $200 TALA (approx. $95 USD) is required at check-in and will be refunded at the end of the program. All Short Term overseas students will be required to live on campus. Apply for Student Housing on your application form.

Payment is due in full upon Check-in to Student Housing

$2,500 USD + $95 USD Deposit for Dorms (approx. $5,550 TALA + $200 TALA)

What you will need to bring if you are staying at Rhema Student Housing:

Sheets, bedding for single bed and pillow

Kettle and iron (240 Volts)

Towels, face cloths, hand towels, etc

Toiletries, shampoo, deodorant, soap, etc

Alarm clock

Laundry bag

Cup, plate, bowl, spoon, fork and knife

Clothes for school and hangers

Suit and tie for men and dress for women for a formal dinner

Power and plug adapter required: We currently use the New Zealand plug 240 Volts

Check-in Date for Student Housing begins on Friday, January 27, 2018 at 9:00 am.
